You must notify hx777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
hx777 requires identity verification in accordance with its KYC obligations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, withdrawal holds or account closure.
hx777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. All other uses are expressly prohibited.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may result in account suspension. This policy exists to protect against fraud and money laundering.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the identity and ownership of the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts in different names are not permitted.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by hx777 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. These specific terms take precedence over any general bonus guidance provided elsewhere on the Platform.
Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable bonus terms before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 25x wagering requirement on a deposit of PKR 1,000 means PKR 25,000 of qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted. This is an illustrative example only — actual requirements depend on the specific offer.
All bonuses carry an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
Not all games on hx777 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting markets, live casino games, slots and other categories may contribute at different percentage rates. The specific contribution rates are stated in the individual bonus terms.
hx777 reserves the right to withhold, void or reverse bonus credits or winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, multiple account exploitation, coordinated wagering patterns, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of the bonus terms.
All sports bets placed on hx777 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published on the Platform. In the event of ambiguity, hx777's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final. Markets may be suspended, voided or settled differently from displayed odds where technical errors, data errors or extraordinary circumstances occur.
Live betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. Odds in live markets change rapidly. hx777 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension remain valid unless voided under applicable rules. hx777 is not responsible for connection failures that prevent timely placement of in-play wagers.
All casino games, slots and instant games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Game results are independent of previous outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are indicative over a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee results for any individual session.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, system technical faults, or evidence of fraudulent activity. Void bets result in the return of the original stake.

hx777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; multi-accounting; or any other conduct that may harm the integrity of the Platform or its users.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals may be held until the investigation is concluded. Where an Account is closed due to confirmed breach of Terms, bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned where there is no basis for forfeiture under these Terms.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Players who close their accounts for responsible gambling reasons should use the self-exclusion process rather than simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards. See Section 15 for further detail.
